Shipping / Return Policy

Terms of Purchase: By purchasing from this website, you agree to buy for your own use and not for resale or distribution.

Shipping Information:

  • Most orders will ship out within 72 hours of placement and in-stock items will arrive within 5-10 business days for domestic USA orders, and 2-6 weeks for international orders.
  • Pre-order items will ship one week prior to release.
  • You will receive a tracking number via email for domestic orders only. International orders cannot be tracked.
  • Customs fees and VAT taxes may apply for international orders, and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Contact for any shipping-related inquiries.

Order Changes and Cancellations: Unfortunately, changes cannot be made to an order once it has been placed.

Returns and Exchanges:

  • Returns are accepted, but shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Defective items can only be replaced with the same item. Wearables must be in new, unworn condition.
  • Contact to initiate a return, upon approval, send returns to: Ivory Classics, 899 Island Drive, Suite 602, Rancho Mirage, CA 92270.
  • Exchanges are a two-step process: Upon emailed approval, return the original item, then place a new order for the desired item.

Out-of-Stock Items:

  • We make every effort to prevent out-of-stock items from being ordered, but in rare cases this may occur.
  • If an item is out-of-stock, we reserve the right to cancel the item or your entire order and issue a refund.
  • We will notify you if there is a modification to your order.

Customs Fees: International orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Contact your local customs office for information on customs fees in your area.
